Sensible Meals is a program based upon calorie restriction and creating a calorie deficit in order for you to lose weight.  While our meals are all very good, we believe that when losing weight and changing your life,  food selection should not be the deciding factor.  Our program gives you food that you would typically eat, just in portion sizes you body can easily digest.  Moderation, not deprivation, is key.  Each week we provide you with 15 meals, 3 meals a day for 5 days.  You don't pick the food, we do! Thats why the program works. The meals can be eaten in any order you choose.  On the weekend stick to the calorie count of your chosen meal plan.
