This meal plan consists of perfectly portioned, well balanced delicious chef prepared meals.  The meals are calorie restricted and designed for women in the weight loss phase.  While the meals are low carb, this plan does include the occassional "fun" food to help you stay on track to meet your goal.


This meal plan is a very simple menu consisting of healthy proteins and vegetables with an occasional small serving of sweet potatoes, fruit or nuts. Paleo is gluten, sugar, and dairy free.  

Double Paleo

Double Protein

1300-1500 calories per day / $120 per week

1300-1500 calories per day / $100 per week


This meal plan is just like the regular paleo plan, but the amount of the protein in each meal is doubled to increase the calorie level to meet the needs of men in the weight loss phase and women in the maintenance phase, that are nursing or are within 10 pounds of their goal weight.

   
This meal plan is just like the regular meal plan, but additional calories are provided by doubling the amount of the protein in each meal.  This plan is designed for men in the weight loss phase; women within 10 pounds of their goal weight, that are in the maintenance phase, or that are nursing or pregnant; and kids and teens (because they are still growing, they add 500 calories a day of snacks).
